SERVE Hospitality Group is hiring Crew Members to deliver great guest experiences at our Tropical Smoothie Cafe locations. You will prepare food and smoothie items, greet guests, and maintain a clean, efficient workspace in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare food and smoothie items following established recipes.
• Provide fast, friendly, and accurate service to every guest.
• Operate the POS system and assist guests with payments.
• Maintain store cleanliness and follow food safety guidelines.
• Support opening, closing, and shift transition procedures.
• Communicate guest concerns to management.
