Cheba Hut in Norman is hiring a Crew Member to craft great food and create positive guest experiences. You will support operations on every shift with a focus on friendly, efficient service and accurate POS handling.

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant or customer service experience preferred.
• Food handling certification required; assistance to certify provided.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable lifting up to 47 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Own guest experience and interactions.
• Provide fast, friendly service at the register, line, and lobby.
• Handle cash and POS transactions accurately.
• Make confident menu recommendations.
• Follow SOPs and maintain food safety standards.
• Open/close shift duties and keep front- and back-of-house clean.
