Fourteen Foods is hiring a Dairy Queen Restaurant Team Member to deliver friendly service and quality products quickly, accurately and safely according to company standards.

You will assist guests, operate the register and maintain a clean, efficient station while working with teammates to meet guest expectations.

No prior work experience is required, and the role welcomes individuals 16 years or older, with opportunity for daily pay and various employee benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years or older.
• No previous work experience required.
• Math skills to operate cash register, count and return change, and balance cash drawer.
• Ability to communicate effectively in the primary language(s) of the work location. Fluency in English may be essential for certain customer service stations.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service and products quickly, accurately and safely according to Fourteen Foods and International Dairy Queen standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the station and dining area as needed.
• Work with teammates to ensure guest expectations are met or exceeded.
