Love Nail Salon South Miami is seeking a friendly and organized Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. As the first contact for clients, you will create a warm, welcoming atmosphere and handle calls, emails, bookings, and payments in a fast-paced, in-person environment.

The ideal candidate is bilingual (Spanish and English), detail-oriented, reliable, punctual, and well-presented, with experience in scheduling software or POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Answer calls and emails promptly and professionally.
• Manage bookings, rescheduling, and cancellations using salon software.
• Greet clients and handle check-in/check-out; process payments.
• Provide hospitality by serving beverages and ensuring towels are ready.
• Maintain front desk, waiting area, kitchen, and bathrooms tidy.
• Monitor inventory and inform management when stock needs replenishing.
