Job summary

Guest Services, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Concierge in Stehekin, WA to create guest loyalty by delivering exceptional service.

You will arrange dining and show reservations, spa appointments, floral orders, directions, and address special requests while providing general information. You will promote amenities, engage guests professionally, handle requests and complaints per standards, maintain privacy, and support safety and daily operations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous experience in customer service.
• Demonstrated ability to interact with a wide variety of people; second language a plus.

Responsibilities

• Promote the property’s amenities by informing guests about restaurants, spa services, gift shop, pool, etc.
• Interact with guests professionally; ensure complete guest satisfaction and handle requests and complaints per standards.
• Maintain guest privacy and confidentiality per policies.
• Provide directions and make reservations when needed.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness; report safety/quality issues to management.
• Stand and move about during shifts and assist guests as needed.
