Job summary

You will assist with reservations, upsell rooms, provide local information, balance cash, and work with the team to ensure exceptional guest experiences and uphold hotel standards.

Qualifications

• Education: High School diploma or GED equivalence.
• Experience: 1 year of Customer Service experience preferred.
• Pay: The rate of pay for this position is $17.50

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests upon arrival and handle check-in.
• Register guests, verify reservations, and process payments.
• Balance cash drawer and maintain financial records.
• Provide information about hotel facilities and local attractions.
• Assist guests with check-out and various payment methods.
