Taco Bell in Virginia is seeking Restaurant Team Members to provide fast, friendly service and help operate a busy restaurant. This role supports customers, prepares products, maintains quality, and ensures a clean, safe environment in line with company standards.

Ideal candidates are at least 18 years old, have transportation, strong communication and teamwork skills, and a willingness to learn. Training is provided, with opportunities for advancement within the franchise system.

Responsibilities

• Interaction with customers: receiving orders, processing sales and monies, and managing customer issues
• Preparation of products
• Maintaining quality of product
• Monitoring all service equipment
• Uncompromising standards in maintaining a clean and safe work environment (per Labor Board and OSHA regulations and Company standards), unloading, stocking and maintaining required inventory level
