Job summary

Panera Bread is seeking a Restaurant Team Member to bring warmth and joy to every guest interaction. You will help assemble meals, greet guests, and support a fast-paced bakery-cafe environment.

You’ll contribute to a clean, safe dining space while staying flexible for evenings, weekends, and holidays. Prior food service experience is a plus, and a Food Handler’s Card may be required by law in some locations.

Qualifications

• Must be able to clearly communicate and quickly understand guests, managers, and team members in a loud environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a love for making people smile.

Responsibilities

• Greet every guest with warmth and enthusiasm.
• Assemble fresh salads, soups, and sandwiches with care and efficiency.
• Assist guests at entry, cashier, and dining areas.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and inviting environment by following food safety standards.
• Support team by completing cleaning and stocking duties and helping set up the next shift.
