Job summary

Panera Bread is seeking a Restaurant Team Member in Greer, SC. You will greet guests warmly, help prepare items, and contribute to a clean, efficient bakery-cafe environment while supporting teammates across production, prep, service, and drive-thru roles.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 16+
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Clear communication with guests and team in a loud environment
• Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for guest comfort and joy
• Reliable, punctual, and flexible to work evenings, weekends and holidays
• Food Handler's Card required by law (as applicable)

Responsibilities

• Ambassador for Panera warmth with each guest interaction and provide excellent service
• Work across bakery-cafe areas (Production, Prep, Service, Cashier, Expo, Drive-Thru, Barista, QC)
• Greet guests with warmth and enthusiasm
• Assemble fresh salads, soups, and sandwiches with care and efficiency
• Move between entry, cashier, and dining areas to assist guests
• Maintain a clean, safe, inviting environment following food safety standards
• Stay informed on daily priorities and adapt to changes with a positive attitude
• Support team by completing cleaning and stocking duties and helping with shift setup
