Job summary

Panera Bread in Chesterfield, MO is seeking a Restaurant Team Member to deliver warm hospitality and great food. You will greet guests, assemble items with care, and assist across production, service, and cashier areas in a fast-paced bakery-cafe environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 16+ and ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
• Stand for extended periods.
• Clear communication with guests and team in a loud environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a friendly demeanor.
• Multitask effectively in a fast-paced setting.
• Reliable, punctual and flexible to evenings, weekends, holidays.
• Basic food safety knowledge and training (Food Handler's Card as required).
• Food service experience is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Ambassador for Panera warmth with every guest interaction.
• Support in bakery-cafe areas (Production, Prep, Service, Cashier, Expo, Drive-Thru, Barista, etc.).
• Greet guests with warmth and enthusiasm.
• Assemble salads, soups, sandwiches with care and accuracy.
• Assist guests at entry, cashier, and dining areas.
• Maintain a clean, safe environment by food safety standards.
