Responsibilities

• Dust, clean, and sanitize all areas including kitchen and bar
• Empty trash and maintain waste disposal routines
• Wipe/Wax surfaces and sanitize floors
• Sweep, vacuum, and mop floors
• Clean spills promptly to ensure guest safety
• Wash and sanitize dishes as needed
• Stock supplies and restock as required
