Job summary

truenorth Convenience Stores is seeking a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to deliver friendly service inside and outside the store, supporting sales growth and safety standards. You will greet customers, process transactions, and help maintain a clean, organized store environment.

The CSR will assist with food service, upsell items, enroll customers in rewards, and uphold cash-handling procedures during high-volume periods.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred
• Able to operate POS and handle cash accurately
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays
