Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a smile and take orders in person.
• Take guest orders in person and over the phone.
• Recommend menu items and promotions.
• Process payments accurately.
• Verify order accuracy before serving guests.
• Keep all guest contact areas clean; counter, dining, lobby, restroom.
• Follow food safety and sanitation standards.
• Work as a team to deliver great service.
• Support other team members as needed.
