Job summary

Table Mountain Casino Inc. in Kentucky is seeking a friendly restaurant associate to provide excellent guest service, greet guests, seat parties, and handle payments at the cashier station with accuracy and courtesy.

You will work evenings and weekends, balance end-of-shift cash and POS reports, assist servers as needed, and maintain a clean dining area while following safety and service standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Six months cash handling and guest service experience preferred.
• ServSafe certification and Food & Beverage work experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide courteous service at all times.
• Seat customers, answer phones, and respond to guest requests.
• Handle payments, operate the POS, and give accurate change.
• Balance cash and reconciliations at end of shift; report discrepancies.
• Assist servers on the floor and maintain a clean dining area.
• Follow safety and customer service guidelines and attend staff meetings.
