Job summary

Qualifications

• Greets guests with a personal invitation to return.
• Offers assistance to any guests who may need help.
• Handles GC On the Go To-Go orders and processes payments accurately.
• Knows the menu and prices for buffet items.

Responsibilities

• Greets guests as they enter and assists them throughout their visit.
• Maintains organization and cleanliness at the vestibule and host/cashier area.
• Ensures buffet presentation and labeling are correct; cleans buffets and surrounding areas.
• Follows local health department laws and standards; maintains duty rosters and service quality.
