Job summary

The Fresh Market is seeking team members for multiple departments including Deli, Meat & Seafood, Bakery, Grocery, Produce & Floral, and Front-End to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

You will learn product knowledge, assist guests across departments, stock shelves, and maintain a hospitable store environment while upholding our uniform standards and professional conduct. Flexible scheduling including weekends is required.

• At least 16 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests to learn their wants and needs to help create meal solutions.
• Maintain knowledge of products and weekly ad items; assist guests across departments.
• Create a hospitable shopping experience by merchandising and stocking products throughout the day.
• Gather shopping carts from the parking lot and assist with general housekeeping.
• Present yourself professionally and adhere to uniform standards.
