Qualifications

• Comfortable talking with guests and creating a welcoming atmosphere.
• Basic knowledge of cash handling and customer service.
• Ability to handle high-stress and fast-paced environments.
• Must be able to work day and morning shifts.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and create a welcoming dining environment.
• Learn the menu to answer questions and recognize dietary restrictions.
• Take orders accurately on Toast POS and handle to-go orders.
• Handle payments and give correct change.
• Stock front-of-house supplies and keep counters clean.
• Deliver food to tables and provide friendly service.
• Coordinate with kitchen and FOH team to ensure accuracy.
• Report issues to management and maintain a clean dining area.
• Clean dishes, wipe tables, sweep and mop floors.
• Set up and break down station for the next shift.
