Qualifications

• General customer service duties including taking orders, answering questions, and addressing customer needs.
• Balancing a cash register and offering additional sales opportunities.
• Accurately and safely prepare customer orders from various kitchen stations.

Responsibilities

• Take customer food orders and answer questions about menu items.
• Balance cash register and upsell where appropriate.
• Prepare orders across sandwich, fry, grill, or other stations as assigned.
• Monitor food safety to deliver fresh, safe products.
• Cross-train in other departments and assist leadership as needed.
• Move and lift 25+ pounds and work in varied temperatures.
