Qualifications

• 2 years experience as a busser in a high-volume environment.
• Good communication skills; multilingual is a plus.
• Must be able to speak and read English proficiently.
• Professionally groomed and adherent to grooming standards.
• Positive attitude, self-motivated, energetic and a fast learner.
• Ability to stay organized and work under pressure.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to follow directions, make quick decisions, and maintain cleanliness.

Responsibilities

• Set up and reset tables before, during and after service.
• Deliver food to guests and describe plates accurately.
• Buss tables and assist servers with service steps as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness in the dining room throughout service.
• Stock side stations with china, glassware, and flatware.
• Follow health and safety guidelines and company policies.
• Collaborate with management, chefs, and staff to meet guest needs.
