You will support servers, maintain table cleanliness, and ensure an exceptional guest experience in line with our standards of excellence. Experience in fast-paced environments is preferred; strong communication and teamwork are valued.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• Related hospitality or service experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Be courteous and maintain a professional demeanor at all times.
• Communicate effectively with colleagues and other hotel departments.
• Provide guests with an enjoyable experience per our standards.
• Follow the sequence of service for every guest.
• Maintain and reset tables, clearing and wiping as needed.
• Assist coworkers to ensure a great environment for guests.
• Perform additional duties as requested by management.
• Maintain knowledge of all food and beverage aspects.
• Monitor safety throughout the hotel.
• Attend departmental meetings.
