Job summary

Dave & Buster’s Inc. is hiring a team member to support bartenders, cocktail staff and wait staff. You will help maintain clean work areas, restock supplies and assist guests with food and beverages in a fast-paced, fun environment.

Qualifications include friendly customer service, clear communication, and availability to work days, evenings and weekends. Must be at least 16 years old. Restaurant or bar experience is a plus but not required.

Qualifications

• Must be friendly and able to smile a lot while working days, nights and/or weekends.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an unparalleled guest experience with fast, friendly service.
• Adhere to safety and sanitation policies.
• Maintain bus stand cleanliness and stock supplies.
• Keep wait stations clean and organized.
• Empty trash and perform spot sweeps as needed.
• Handle opening/closing duties and shift change tasks.
• Restock and prepare supplies for shift change/close.
• Ensure food is garnished and delivered timely to guests.
• Follow tray procedures to minimize loss.
• Bus and reset tables between guests.
• Deliver food to tables and assist guests with beverages.
• Assist in party setup and restocking as needed.
• Maintain restrooms and restock supplies.
• Clean high chairs and booster seats.
• Assist other team members as needed.
