Job summary

Highgate Hotels is seeking a Busperson for the Outlet to support servers and ensure top-quality guest service during hours of operation. The role emphasizes cleanliness, attentive assistance, and maintaining table settings with clean china, glassware, and linen.

The position requires a High School diploma or equivalent and experience in a hotel or related field is preferred. Flexible hours and physical stamina are expected to support busy shifts and guest needs.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent and/or experience in a hotel or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist servers by delivering and refilling beverages, pre-bussing tables, and promptly resolving guest requests.
• Keep all work areas clean and properly stocked according to the current meal period.
• Keep all tables cleaned and properly set according to property standards.
• Break down trays of soiled dishes and linen in the dishroom area according to standards.
• Complete daily opening and closing duties and cleaning per side-work checklist.
• Answer the phone in a courteous and efficient manner.
• Provide service to guests in waiter’s absence as needed.
