Job summary

Boyd Gaming Corporation in Las Vegas is seeking a reliable team member to clean tables, assist with beverage service, and greet guests in a fast-paced casino environment. You will set up tables, take and fulfill drink orders, and ensure timely removal of used dishes.

Prior experience is preferred; must be able to lift up to 40 pounds, stand or walk for a full shift, and carry beverages on a tray while delivering excellent customer service and communication. This position is on site in Las Vegas.

Qualifications

• Prior experience strongly preferred.
• Must be able to lift, maneuver, and carry up to 40 pounds.
• Must be able to stand and/or walk for duration of shift.
• Must be able to carry and serve beverages using a hand-held tray.
• Must have excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Must be able to obtain/maintain any necessary licenses and/or certifications.

Responsibilities

• Clean tables by removing soiled dishes, silverware, glassware, and refuse and wiping table top and seats.
• Set up tables according to established standards.
• Receive and fulfill beverage orders.
• Greet guests seated in assigned station.
• Receive and fulfill/refill drink orders from guests.
• Remove dishes from tables and place in plastic bus tub (approx. 40 lbs. in weight) in a timely manner.
• Transport filled bus tubs to kitchen dishwashing area.
• Maintain cleanliness of side station and all work areas.
