Job summary

Boyd Gaming Corporation is seeking staff to clean tables, remove dishes, and fulfill beverage orders in a fast-paced casino environment. You will greet guests, set up tables, and transport soiled bus tubs while maintaining a clean work area.

The role requires the ability to lift up to 40 pounds, stand or walk for long shifts, and carry beverages on a handheld tray, with strong customer service and communication skills to support guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Prior experience strongly preferred.
• Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds.
• Must be able to stand and/or walk for duration of shift.
• Must be able to carry and serve beverages using a hand-held tray.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Must be able to obtain/maintain any necessary licenses and/or certifications.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests seated in assigned station.
• Receive and fulfill/refill drink orders from guests.
• Remove dishes from tables and place in bus tubs.
• Set up tables according to established standards.
• Transport filled bus tubs to kitchen dishwashing area.
• Maintain cleanliness of side station and all work areas.
