Job summary

Marriott Vacations Worldwide is seeking a Bellstand Attendant in Hawaii to welcome guests, escort them to rooms, and help with luggage and service deliveries. The role emphasizes hospitality, safety, and attentiveness in a luxury resort environment.

Expected shifts are flexible (casual/part-time) with opportunities to contribute to memorable guest experiences and teamwork among associates at a Four Diamond resort.

Responsibilities

• Greet and escort guests to rooms.
• Open doors and assist guests entering and leaving the property.
• Inform guests of property amenities, services, hours of operation, and local areas of interest and activities.
• Transport guest luggage to and from the villa/guest room and/or designated bell area.
• Assist with luggage storage and retrieval.
• Assist Owners/guests/visitors in and out of vehicles, including assisting with loading/unloading luggage up to 50lbs.
• Assist with amenity deliveries when requested.
