Job summary

Walk-On's Bistreaux & Bar in Katy, TX is seeking hospitality staff to deliver outstanding guest experiences in a fast-paced environment. You will greet guests, maintain a clean dining area, and assist in serving food and drinks while following safety and uniform standards.

Qualifications

• Can read all training materials printed in English.
• Natural smiling personality.
• Previous restaurant experience preferred but not required.

• Follows safety, sanitation, and employee guidelines.
• Sets up the restaurant for service with managers/owners.
• Maintains a clean work area during the shift.
• Exceeds guests experience through service steps.
• Adheres to Walk-Ons uniform and appearance standards.
• Knowledgeable of the menu and upsell items.
• Assist guests and team members, clear tables, and run food.
• Complies with responsible service of alcohol and maintains state bar card.
