Graziano's Group in Coral Gables, Florida is seeking a friendly server to greet guests, take orders, and deliver food and beverages with accuracy and courtesy. You will handle payments, maintain a clean dining area, and assist with kitchen coordination to ensure guest satisfaction.

Applicants should have prior server experience or completion of a restaurant training course, and be able to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Qualifications

• Must have excellent interpersonal and customer service abilities.
• Strong organizational skills and accuracy in taking and placing food and beverage orders.
• Ability to follow safe food handling procedures and sanitation practices.
• Ability to operate point-of-sale systems and process payments efficiently.

Responsabilités

• Greets incoming customers, answers phone calls, and handles customer questions and requests.
• Receive payment by cash, check, credit cards, vouchers, or automatic debits.
• Issue refunds, voids, or credits with manager approval.
• Count money in cash drawers at the start of shifts and ensure adequate change.
• Take and deliver food and beverage orders to the kitchen and to tables.
• Ensure orders are prepared correctly and satisfactory to customers.
• Assist with stocking stations, restocking and rolling silverware, and cleaning duties as needed.
