Job summary

Seneca Gaming Corporation is seeking a Snack Bar Attendant to operate the Burger Bar, Slice N Dice, the TDR, and the Coffee Shop during shifts. This role requires cash handling, coffee and food service equipment operation, and the ability to work in a fast-paced casino environment.

You will provide friendly service, maintain sanitation and safety standards, complete required training within nine months, and support guests across venues while adhering to company policies and health codes.

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years of age or older upon employment.
  • High school diploma or its equivalency preferred.
  • Must have limited cash handling, limited coffee shop and some degree of food production experience.
  • Previous customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Provide prompt, friendly, and courteous service of food and beverage to all guests.
  • Be hospitable, friendly, and polite with all guests, co-workers, and management.
  • Following all cash handling policies and procedures.
  • Adhere to all safety and sanitation guidelines in regards to health codes and risk management.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to all patrons and communicate in a pleasant, friendly and professional manner.
