Qualifications

• Latte art proficiency preferred.
• Must be self-motivated with task focus.
• Hospitality industry or high-volume food/beverage experience preferred.
• Strong customer service, communication, and multitasking skills.
• Proficient with computers, POS, billing, and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Perform opening/closing procedures and coordinate with supervisors.
• Greet guests and uphold Island Hotel Service standards.
• Explain menu items and ingredients to guests and coworkers.
• Upsell menu or specialty items where appropriate.
• Assist with running food orders and serving at counter or dining area.
• Report any food issues to Chef and managers.
• Maintain sanitation and safety standards and overall marketplace appearance.
• Attend staff briefings and stay updated on daily operations.
