Job summary

CAVA is seeking a Team Member in Pittsburgh to welcome guests with warmth and help craft their meals. You’ll educate guests about the menu, assemble orders, and keep the dining areas and restrooms clean and organized. The role supports rapid growth and may involve cross-training across the restaurant.

You will follow recipes, ensure food quality and safety, and deliver a memorable guest experience. Lifting up to 50 pounds and standing for long periods are required.

Qualifications

• Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Excellent guest service and communication skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Enthusiastically educate guests about our menu and assemble orders as requested.
• Keep the serving line, dining room, and restrooms clean and organized.
• Follow recipes and procedures to maintain food quality and consistency.
• Adhere to safety and sanitation procedures.
• Restock stations and keep them clean and organized.
• Ensure the overall cleanliness of the restaurant.
• Deliver a delicious, unique, and memorable experience to each guest.
• Put deliveries away and perform additional duties as assigned.
• May cross train across the restaurant to support growth.
