Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be able to communicate clearly with guests in English.
• Ability to take orders, process payments and handle cash accurately.
• Comfort with operating a Micros POS system and ensuring correct charges.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and take food and drink orders promptly and courteously.
• Enter orders into Micros accurately and in proper sequence.
• Process payments, give correct change and balance cash at shift end.
• Maintain clean, organized work areas and assist with bus and side work as needed.
• Provide friendly service and proactively address guest needs.
