Global Partners LP is seeking a Guest Service Associate to drive top-notch guest experiences while completing store-level tasks. The role supports onboarding and training for new hires and requires flexibility for day, night, weekend, or holiday shifts.

The position involves greeting guests, operating the POS, maintaining safety and housekeeping standards, and assisting with inventory and vendor coordination at store level.

Qualifications

• Experience in guest service or retail preferred.
• Ability to operate POS and basic computer functions.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, holidays.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs.

Responsabilités

• Greet guests and provide an enjoyable shopping experience.
• Adhere to store safety, security, quality and store operations policies.
• Operate the point of sale and manage cash, lottery, and tobacco levels.
• Complete store housekeeping functions (cleaning, dusting, sweeping, mopping, trash).
• Replenish products and supplies to ensure in-stock conditions.
• Communicate with store management regarding guest requests and vendor concerns.
• Check in external and internal vendors per guidelines.
• Conduct gas tank inventory and merchandising projects.
• Complete other tasks as assigned by management.
• Minors may only use OSHA approved knives.
• Available to work flexible hours including day, nights, weekends or holidays.
• Ability to perform basic computer functions.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Ability to work in intermittent temperatures outside, in cooler, etc.
• Ability to climb ladders & stairs, reach, bend, twist, stoop, kneel, crouch and lift/carry up to 25 lbs.
• Access all store areas including selling floor, stock area, and register area.
• Perform duties of the job in a timely manner.
• Count, read and write accurately for required paperwork.
• Support GSA onboarding and training.
