Job summary

KFC is seeking Team Members to deliver the brand experience by providing excellent guest service, preparing high-quality food, maintaining a clean and safe restaurant, and adhering to uniform standards and policies.

Team Members will be cross-trained across Front Counter, Drive-Thru, and Cook. Responsibilities include greeting guests, taking orders, processing payments, ensuring food quality, sanitation, and teamwork with shift supervisors.

Qualifications

• Greet guests with a warm, friendly attitude and eye contact.
• Take accurate orders, process payments, and ensure prompt service.
• Deliver food that meets quality and freshness standards.
• Maintain professional appearance and follow uniform standards.
• Follow sanitation and handwashing procedures at all times.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and assemble food according to KFC standards.
• Maintain clean work areas including lobby, kitchen, and restrooms.
• Support other areas of the restaurant as needed.
