Job summary

Lucky Strike Entertainment in Moreno Valley, CA is hiring a Greeter/Counter Desk Attendant to welcome guests, manage the waitlist, ring up sales at the counter and assist with basic bowling instructions. You will operate the POS system and related equipment, follow cash control procedures, and coordinate with mechanics for lane readiness.

Night and weekend availability is required. The pay rate is $16.90 per hour.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent restaurant/hospitality experience (Optional).
• Excellent telephone etiquette.
• Must meet the minimum age required by state law to serve alcohol.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests in person and over the phone and manage the waitlist.
• Ring sales at the counter and follow cash control procedures.
• Operate the POS system, central panel, computers and PA system.
• Assist guests with basic bowling instruction and prepare for leagues.
