Job summary

RaceTrac Petroleum, Inc. is hiring a Store Associate to keep our stores clean, stocked, and running smoothly. You’ll support customers at the register, upsell products, and help maintain a fast-paced, friendly environment.

Flexible part-time or full-time schedules are available, with opportunities for growth. Training and development are provided to help you succeed in a dynamic retail setting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED (or in progress).
• Fast-paced, guest-focused environment experience preferred.
• Team player who takes initiative and works well with others.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Food handler or alcohol server permits may be required by state rules.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional guest experience at the register or self-checkout.
• Suggest additional products to enhance guest purchases.
• Address guest concerns promptly and involve managers as needed.
• Foster a team-oriented, respectful work environment.
• Restock shelves and maintain store cleanliness and organization.
• Ensure products are available and up to quality standards.
• Assist in inventory management and restocking.
