Job summary

RaceTrac in Tarpon Springs, FL is hiring a Store Associate to keep our store clean, stocked, and running smoothly. You’ll deliver guest service at the register or self-checkout, restock shelves, and help manage inventory in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

We offer flexible scheduling, including nights, weekends and holidays, with opportunities for career growth. Training is hands-on to set you up for success, and weekly pay is available in many locations.

Qualifications

• Minimum High School diploma or GED or in progress.
• Experience in fast-paced guest service is a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, prompt service at the register or self-checkout.
• Keep store clean, stocked, and organized for guests.
• Assist in inventory and restocking to ensure item availability.
• Maintain safety and food handling standards across the store.
• Respond to guest concerns promptly and escalate as needed.
