Whistle Express Car Wash is hiring for an Associate to learn and own the front-line experience. You’ll guide guests through the wash, keep the site moving, and contribute to a fast, friendly customer journey across the Welcome, Wash, and Convenience stations.

This entry-level role requires no prior experience—our 60-day certification program sets you up from day one. You’ll stay active outdoors in all weather, with opportunities to grow into site management as you prove yourself.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service at the Welcome Station and support sales and membership growth.
• Maintain wash station safety and assist with vehicle prep and operation of wash equipment.
• Engage customers at the Convenience Station and manage member accounts and CX.
• Perform opening/closing duties and keep the tunnel and work areas clean.
