Job summary

Wawa is seeking a Customer Service Associate to greet customers, serve them with a friendly, efficient attitude, and help maintain a welcoming store environment. You will prepare breakfast items, build-to-order sandwiches, beverages and pizzas, operate the register, and assist with fuel and lottery transactions while keeping stations clean and organized.

Qualifications

Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
Must be 16+ years old with reliable transportation.
Enjoys working in a team environment.

Responsibilities

Greet and engage with customers to ensure their needs are met quickly and courteously.
Prepare food items such as breakfast items, built-to-order sandwiches, specialty beverages, and pizzas; keep coffee station clean and organized.
Operate the cash register, handle payments, activate fuel and gift cards, and assist with lottery and ID verification for age-restricted products.
Ensure stores are well-stocked and shelves are fresh, full, and inviting.
Help keep stores clean and safe by following all policy, procedures, and guidelines.
Complete store housekeeping duties including cleaning, dusting, sweeping, mopping, and trash removal.
