Altitude Access Solutions Inc. is hiring part-time Guest Experience Coordinators to support Syracuse Hancock International Airport parking operations. You will assist guests with reservations, access, and payments, while utilizing technology platforms for a seamless experience.

The role emphasizes customer service, administrative duties, and collaboration with shuttle, maintenance, and supervisory teams to ensure safe, reliable airport parking services.

• Calm and professional under pressure with excellent communication.
• Organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
• Ability to learn parking management software and access systems.

Responsibilities

• Handle guest inquiries by phone, intercom, and electronic channels with courtesy.
• Assist with reservations, access issues, and payment questions for parking.
• Document interactions and maintain accurate service records.
• Support administrative tasks and generate daily/monthly reports.
