Job summary

Certified Oil seeks a friendly Guest Service Clerk to greet guests, keep the store clean, and maintain in-stock levels. The role focuses on ensuring a fast, pleasant guest experience and supporting the Store Manager and team.

Part-time position with varied hours, including day and night shifts; weekend and holiday hours required. No cash handling or register duties are involved, but safety and teamwork are emphasized throughout the shift.

Responsibilities

• Greet all guests in a friendly manner to make them feel welcomed and appreciated.
• Maintain store appearance and cleanliness, ensure coffee station and food area are spotless, bathrooms clean, trash removed.
• Monitor and replenish product on the sales floor to achieve in-stock goals.
• Monitor and replenish paper supplies in food service areas and bathrooms.
• Assist with executing company processes to provide a consistent guest experience.
• Prioritize safety within the store.
• This role is restricted from processing sales transactions or operating the register.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Store Manager or shift leader.
