Job summary

CAVA - Rockville Rd is seeking enthusiastic Team Members to provide exceptional customer service. You will be the first experience for our guests, educating them about our menu and ensuring cleanliness throughout the restaurant. Responsibilities include serving orders, maintaining safety and sanitation, and creating a memorable dining experience. Qualifications

• Must possess dexterity to handle tongs, pots/pans, and other equipment.
• Ability to cross train across the restaurant to ensure rapid growth.
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Enthusiastically educate guests about the menu and assemble orders as requested.
• Keep the serving line, dining room, and restrooms clean and organized.
• Follow recipes and procedures to maintain food quality and consistency.
