Responsibilities

• Greets customers in a cheerful manner as they enter the store and thanks them as they leave.
• Retrieves all shopping carts on the premises safely and efficiently.
• Helps customers by loading their groceries into vehicles.
• Keeps parking lot, store vestibule and front-end clean and free of debris.
• Remains alert to safety issues and ensures entrance/exit areas are safe.
• Assists cashiers by bagging groceries and responding to intercom pages.
• Cleans restrooms, break rooms, and maintains supplies and cleanliness.
• May operate cleaning equipment and maintain cleaning equipment.
• Notifies management when repairs or supplies are needed.
• Supports department/store smooth function through cooperation with coworkers.
