Bon Appétit Management Company is hiring a Customer Ambassador for Beloit College in Beloit, WI. This role offers full-time and part-time schedules with Monday–Friday hours; online applications are accepted. Prior food sanitation experience is preferred and helps ensure safety and service excellence.

You will greet guests, present samples, and support marketing and wellness programs while guiding customers through menus and purchasing decisions. Benefits and growth opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• Previous food sanitation experience required.

Responsibilities

• Greet every customer and maintain a high level of hospitality.
• Ensure team members have what they need to be successful each day.
• Relay relevant concerns from customers to supervisors.
• Ensure that all marketing, wellness and culinary programs are current and in place.
• Lead weekly promotions and programs for guests.
• Share best practices and recognize co-workers.
• Demonstrate a complete understanding of daily menu items and explain them to customers.
• Serve as an advocate of selling techniques and assist in the buying/decision-making process.
• Ensure all display foods are merchandised attractively and served neatly per standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
