Job summary

Ft Lauderdale Downtown Courtyard is seeking a friendly front desk associate to welcome guests and manage check-in/check-out procedures efficiently. You will handle payments, provide information, and ensure a positive guest experience in a fast-paced hotel environment.

Candidates should have at least one year of customer service experience, preferably in hospitality, with strong communication skills and basic computer or POS system proficiency.

Qualifications
