The Fresh Market is seeking team members to work in departments including Deli, Meat & Seafood, Bakery, Grocery, Produce & Floral, and Front-End. You will deliver exceptional guest service, learn product knowledge, and support across departments to meet guest needs.

Responsibilities include merchandising, stocking, assisting guests, and maintaining a professional appearance and uniform. Flexible scheduling, including weekends and holidays, is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent guest service and engage with guests to learn their wants and needs for meal solutions.
• Maintain product knowledge and weekly ad items; assist guests across departments.
