The Fresh Market Inc. is seeking team members to support multiple departments including Deli, Meat & Seafood, Bakery, Grocery, Produce & Floral, and Front-End. You will help guests, stock shelves, and maintain a clean, inviting store environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent guest service consistently.
• Engage with guests to learn their wants and needs to help them create meal solutions.
• Maintain knowledge of products and weekly ad items; assist guests across departments.
• Create a hospitable shopping experience by merchandising and stocking products and specialty items.
• Gather shopping carts and assist in general housekeeping throughout the store.
• Present yourself in a professional manner and adhere to uniform standards.
