Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking an Elite Stylist to engage guests, consult on hair care needs, and recommend products and services to enhance the guest’s total look.

You will support the Experience Manager and focus on service sales, productivity, guest service, and compliance with procedures. A cosmetology license and prior salon experience are required to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Cosmetology license required.
• Previous relevant work experience is required.
• Proficient in latest salon techniques for haircutting, color, styling, and services.
• Able to build client relationships and work with a team.

Responsibilities

• Perform hair services including design, cuts, color, styling, treatments, extensions, and brow services.
• Meet or exceed weekly service sales and productivity goals.
• Demonstrate products through in-store demonstrations to drive sales.
• Support in-store events, promotions and marketing initiatives.
• Maintain compliance with safety, sanitation, and policy standards.
• Maintain appearance and guest readiness; manage bookings and clientele systems.
