Job summary

Hunter Super Techs - TurnPoint is seeking a Food Runner to support front-of-house operations by delivering food and beverages to guests in a timely and courteous manner. The role involves maintaining cleanliness, stocking supplies, and assisting with deliveries to ensure guest satisfaction.

The Food Runner will collaborate with waitstaff, kitchen, and management to ensure accuracy and a smooth dining experience, requiring physical tasks and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Experience in a food service or restaurant setting is preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 30 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver food and beverages to guests promptly and courteously.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in dining areas and workstations.
• Assist with receiving, storing, and organizing deliveries.
• Keep condiments and supplies stocked for guest service.
• Coordinate with waitstaff, kitchen, and management to ensure accuracy.
• Assist with opening and closing of outdoor areas where applicable.
• Handle opening/closing duties and ensure safety and sanitation.
• Familiarize yourself with menu items and prices to guide guests.
• Report safety concerns or spoilage to management.
