SSA Group, LLC. seeks a friendly Food Service Cashier for our locations in Honolulu, Hawaii. You will manage the cash register, greet guests, and provide accurate service while upholding sanitation and safety standards.

Key duties include daily cash handling, product knowledge, and collaborating with the FOH team to meet guest expectations. This role requires flexible hours, teamwork, and a positive, energetic demeanor.

Qualifications

• Cash handling and POS knowledge required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Team-oriented with a courteous, energetic demeanor.
• Physical ability to lift and move boxes (10–35 lbs) as needed.
• Willingness to work varied hours including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Operate the cash register and ensure accurate cash handling.
• Deliver warm, welcoming guest experiences and maintain a friendly service.
• Support restaurant prep and daily operations (FOH and line).
• Meet daily service standards for quick service, safety, and quality.
• Participate in safety logs and maintain sanitation practices.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Communicate issues to supervisor to mitigate complaints.
• Stay knowledgeable about menu items, prices, and specials.
