Responsibilities

• Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in.
• Provide recommendations for local attractions, restaurants, and transportation.
• Make reservations for guests at local establishments.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and inquiries.

• Assist with luggage handling and storage.
• Coordinate with other hotel staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records.
